Where is fructose?

Fructose is fruit in all varieties (including dried) and therefore also in fruit juices. In addition include honey and fructose diabetic products.

Even sugar substitutes should be avoided. These include:

* Orbital (E420)
Included in certain fruit varieties and in many diabetic products (diabetic chocolate, jam diabetics, diabetic biscuits, confectionery diabetics, Diabetic sucker, diabetics sugar,) and in some light beverages (see label).
* Tylenol (E 967) or is malt (E953)
